What We Collect

When you submit the Cost-Savings Analysis form or contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any message you write. If you send us a merchant statement for your Cost-Savings Analysis, we receive that separately, by email, as described below.

How We Handle Your Statement

We do not store your statement. If you email your merchant statement to us (directly, or using the "Email My Statement" link on our Cost-Savings Analysis page), it arrives as a normal email attachment in our inbox. It is never submitted through our website's contact forms, never processed by our form-delivery provider, and never saved to any database, file server, or other storage system operated by Blue Valley Payments. We do not log its contents. It exists only as an email attachment we use to prepare your cost savings analysis.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare your requested cost savings analysis, and follow up about our services. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, and delivered to our email inbox. We use Cloudflare for website hosting, email forwarding, and basic, privacy-respecting site analytics that do not use cookies or track individual visitors across sites.
