What We Collect
When you submit the Cost-Savings Analysis form or contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, business name, any message you write, and — if you use the Cost-Savings Analysis form — the merchant statement file you upload.
How We Handle Uploaded Statements
We do not store your statement. When you upload a merchant statement, it is sent as an email attachment directly to our inbox through our form provider (Web3Forms). The file is not saved to any database, file server, or other storage system operated by Blue Valley Payments, and we do not log its contents. It exists only as an email attachment we use to prepare your cost savings analysis.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare your requested cost savings analysis, and follow up about our services. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, and delivered to our email inbox. We use Cloudflare for website hosting, email forwarding, and basic, privacy-respecting site analytics that do not use cookies or track individual visitors across sites.
